This was one of the first pieces I made in my home studio after getting my bench jewelers certificate. I used a rose cut Rhodonite that has a warm pink color with wisps of white. Trying to keep the pendant to stay fixed and not rotate around the chain was achieved but making the necklace connect to the pendant instead of using a bail. Before I set the stone I used my saw to cut out hope on the back of the pendant. Special piece being worn by an awesome woman who connected her own special meaning as soon as she saw it.
